ORDERING
> We accept orders through our secure website and toll-free hotline at: 1.866.895.4364
> We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and Discover), personal checks and money orders drawn in US funds. We also accept PayPal. Personal checks are not accepted in our stores, but we also accept Debit Cards in our stores
> There is a minimum order size of $2.50
> On-line orders are generally processed in 24 - 48 hours. We will notify you of any delays
> All orders and shipments are confirmed by email

RETURN POLICIES
> We gladly accept returns as long as you follow our guidelines
> Do not return any merchandise without contacting us first for a RA #. Call 908.709.4364 to obtain the return authorization. Returns without an RA # will not be accepted.
> Full refunds, store credit or exchanges are available on any new, unopened merchandise. To qualify for a refund, we must be notified within 3 days of receipt of merchandise and merchandise must be returned within 10 days of receipt. All sales final after 10 days from receipt.
> No returns permitted on holiday items - one time size exchange only. This applies to Christmas/Hanukkah, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Valentine's Day, St. Patrick's day and 4th of July items. It also applies to Wedding and Birthday-related items. No exchanges after the holiday has passed.
> Sales are final on sale / closeout merchandise - no returns.
> We must be notified of damaged shipments within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise - save all packing materials for inspection.
> All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless return was due to our mistake.
> Opened merchandise can not be returned. Food, supplements, wellness and other consumables can not be returned at all. Any items returned in what we consider "used" condition, will not be accepted and buyer will be responsible for all shipping fees.
> All merchandise MUST be in new condition with tags still attached. PLEASE do not return apparel, collars, etc. with dog fur still on them as these will not qualify for a refund. Thanks for your cooperation.

SHIPPING POLICIES
> Why do we charge for shipping?
As a small company, we must charge for shipping which represents one of our single largest expenses. Our rates are determined by UPS rates and are designed to simply cover our costs. We believe are rates are comparable with other small web site operations.
> Shipping Methods & Costs
UPS Ground, 3-Day Select and 2 Day Air Service is available for order shipped to the continental US. All rates are exact shipping rates as calculated by UPS based on your destination zip code.
> Shipping fees are NOT refundable.
> P.O. Box, APO, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, all other shipments are via UPS.
> Address Corrections
Customers are urged to ensure that their delivery addresses are entered correctly. For example, don't substitute "street" for "avenue". Any corrections that need to be made by United Parcel Service or the USPS will result in a $8 service fee being charged to you.
> Weight Surcharges
Due to the weight of some of the products we offer, a small surcharge may be added to the standard shipping rates for shipments over 10 pounds. We will email you to confirm extra shipping.
> Alaska / Hawaii / Puerto Rico / Canada
We ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada via USPS Priority Mail.
> International
For international shipments, please email us for rates. Currently, we ship to the following countries: Australia, Canada, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Mexico, New Zealand, Poland, Singapore, Spain, Taiwan, United Kingdom. Shipments outside the 48 contiguous United States may be subject to import charges and taxes, which are the responsibility of the purchaser or the recipient.
> Sales Tax
We are required by law to collect sales tax for deliveries to all states in which we operate a retail store. Currently, we collect sales tax in New Jersey only. For on-line orders, we will automatically calculate sales tax if the order is submitted without.
> All shipments are confirmed by email.
> Shipping charges and terms are subject to change without notice.
> 2009 Holiday Shipping Calendar - in order to receive your items in time for the holidays, please place your order no later than the date in the table below.

SHOPPING CART PROBLEMS
> If you are having difficulty adding items to your shopping cart, it is likely a cookie problem. You must have cookies turned on to shop our site. Please turn on your cookies and then try to shop again. Instructions for turning cookies on in Internet Explorer, Netscape, Safari, Zone Alarm and McAfee Privacy Service are listed below. If you have turned on your cookies and continue to have problems, please call our store toll-free for assistance at 1.866.895.4364.

HOW TO TURN ON COOKIES:
> Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.x (Windows)
1. Under the "Tools" menu, click "Internet Options"
2. Click the "Privacy" tab
3. Click the "Advanced" button
4. Put a check mark in the Box for "Override Automatic Cookie Handling"
5. At the bottom, put another check mark in the "Always accept session cookies"
6. Click "OK"
> Netscape 6.x, 7.x (Windows)
1. Open the "Edit" menu and select "Preferences."
2. In the "Preferences" window, select "Privacy & Security" and then "Cookies".
3. Select "Enable All Cookies" or "Enable cookies for the originating web site only".
4. Click "OK."
> Safari (Mac)
1. Open the "Safari" menu and select "Preferences."
2. In the Security Tab, click "Always" under "Accept Cookies:".
3. Close the preferences window.
> Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.x (Mac)
1. Open the "Explorer" menu and select "Preferences."
2. In the preferences window, click on "Receiving Files" settings.
3. Under the receiving files settings, you'll see a section named "Cookies".
4. Click on "Cookies"
5. On the right side of the window, you will see the phrase: "When receiving cookies:" In the pull-down menu, select "Never Ask".
> Netscape 6.x, 7.x (Mac)
1. Open the "Netscape" menu and select "Preferences."
2. In the preferences window, click on "Privacy & Security"
settings.
3. Under the Privacy and Security settings, you'll see a section named "Cookies". Click on "Cookies"
4. On the right side of the window, click "Enable all cookies".
> McAfee Privacy Service
1. Right-click on the McAfee icon, point to McAfee Privacy Service and select "Options"
2. Click "Accepted Cookies."
3. Enter www.just4pooches.com into the http:// field and click "Add."
4. Just4Pooches should appear in the web site list
> Zone Alarm Firewall

1. Double-Click the "ZA" icon in the system tray
2. Click the "Privacy" link on the left side
3. Click the "Site List" tab
4. Click the "Add" button and enter http://www.just4pooches.com in the field. Click "OK"
5. Find www.just4pooches.com in the list and click "Options". Make sure all the boxes are unchecked and click "OK".
6. Minimize Zone Alarm.
